March 24th COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update - Business as Usual

Good morning,

Following last night's address to the nation from Prime Minister Boris Johnson, I wanted to write a further update on business here at Care Lamps.

As we do not run retail outlets we will remain open. Only I will be working through this time to make sure orders are fulfilled and queries are answered. Therefore if you cannot get through on the phone, please send an email to sales@carelamps.com.  This would be my preferred method of contact as I can then answer your questions from home before and after work. We will reassess staying open and our business processes on a daily basis.

We will not be allowing people to come to our office to view the products at this time as we are trying to operate as clean a facility as possible. We will allow this again once advised it is safe to do so by the Government.
